As used in this part:

(1) “120 hour single event permit” means a single event permit that authorizes under this part the storage, sale, offering for sale, furnishing, and consumption of liquor for a period not to exceed 120 consecutive hours.

Terms Used In Utah Code 32B-9-302

  • Event permit: means :
         (42)(a) a single event permit; or
         (42)(b) a temporary beer event permit. See Utah Code 32B-1-102
  • Liquor: includes :
                   (66)(a)(ii)(A) heavy beer;
                   (66)(a)(ii)(B) wine; and
                   (66)(a)(ii)(C) a flavored malt beverage. See Utah Code 32B-1-102
  • Single event permit: means :
         (3)(a) a 120 hour single event permit; and
         (3)(b) a 72 hour single event permit. See Utah Code 32B-9-302
(2) “72 hour single event permit” means a single event permit that authorizes under this part the storage, sale, offering for sale, furnishing, and consumption of liquor for a period not to exceed 72 consecutive hours.
(3) “Single event permit” means:

     (3)(a) a 120 hour single event permit; and
     (3)(b) a 72 hour single event permit.
