As used in this part:
(1) “Board” means the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund Board.
Terms Used In Utah Code 35A-8-1601
- Board: means the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund Board. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
- County: means :(3)(a) Duchesne County; or(3)(b) Uintah County. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
- Division: means the Housing and Community Development Division. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
- Land: includes :
(18)(a) land;(18)(b) a tenement;(18)(c) a hereditament;(18)(d) a water right;(18)(e) a possessory right; and(18)(f) a claim. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5- Revitalization Fund: means the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
- Tribe: means the Ute Indian Tribe of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
(2) “Capital projects” means expenditures for land, improvements on the land, and equipment intended to have long-term beneficial use.(3) “County” means:(3)(a) Duchesne County; or(3)(b) Uintah County.(4) “Division” means the Housing and Community Development Division.(5) “Revitalization Fund” means the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund.(6) “Tribe” means the Ute Indian Tribe of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation.
