As used in this part:

(1) “Board” means the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund Board.

Terms Used In Utah Code 35A-8-1601

  • Board: means the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund Board. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
  • County: means :
         (3)(a) Duchesne County; or
         (3)(b) Uintah County. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
  • Division: means the Housing and Community Development Division. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
  • Land: includes :
         (18)(a) land;
         (18)(b) a tenement;
         (18)(c) a hereditament;
         (18)(d) a water right;
         (18)(e) a possessory right; and
         (18)(f) a claim. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
  • Revitalization Fund: means the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
  • Tribe: means the Ute Indian Tribe of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation. See Utah Code 35A-8-1601
(2) “Capital projects” means expenditures for land, improvements on the land, and equipment intended to have long-term beneficial use.
(3) “County” means:

     (3)(a) Duchesne County; or
     (3)(b) Uintah County.
(4) “Division” means the Housing and Community Development Division.
(5) “Revitalization Fund” means the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund.
(6) “Tribe” means the Ute Indian Tribe of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation.
