(1) If a registration card is lost or destroyed, or if an owner changes the owner’s address from the address shown on the owner’s registration card, the owner shall, within 15 days, apply for a duplicate registration card.

Terms Used In Utah Code 41-22-7

  • Off-highway vehicle: means any snowmobile, all-terrain type I vehicle, all-terrain type II vehicle, all-terrain type III vehicle, or motorcycle. See Utah Code 41-22-2
  • Owner: means a person, other than a person with a security interest, having a property interest or title to an off-highway vehicle and entitled to the use and possession of that vehicle. See Utah Code 41-22-2
(2) If a registration sticker is lost, stolen, or becomes illegible, the owner of the off-highway vehicle shall immediately apply for and obtain a replacement registration sticker.
