Utah Code 53B-18-1001. Definitions

As used in this part:

(1) “Alliance” means the Utah Heritage Highway 89 Alliance.

Alliance: means the Utah Heritage Highway 89 Alliance. See Utah Code 53B-18-1001
Center: means the Mormon Pioneer Heritage Center. See Utah Code 53B-18-1001
Counties: means the counties of Sanpete, Sevier, Piute, Wayne, Garfield, and Kane. See Utah Code 53B-18-1001
Highway: includes :
     (15)(a) a public bridge;
     (15)(b) a county way;
     (15)(c) a county road;
     (15)(d) a common road; and
     (15)(e) a state road. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

(2) “Center” means the Mormon Pioneer Heritage Center.

(3) “Counties” means the counties of Sanpete, Sevier, Piute, Wayne, Garfield, and Kane.
