The commission shall:
(1) identify and inform the governor of:

- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Commission: means the Cybersecurity Commission created in this chapter. See Utah Code 63C-27-101
- Critical infrastructure: includes the following sectors the United States Department of Homeland Security identifies as critical:(2)(a) chemical;(2)(b) commercial facilities;(2)(c) communications;(2)(d) critical manufacturing;(2)(e) dams;(2)(f) defense industrial base;(2)(g) emergency services;(2)(h) energy;(2)(i) financial services;(2)(j) food and agriculture;(2)(k) government facilities;(2)(l) healthcare and public health;(2)(m) information technology;(2)(n) nuclear reactors, nuclear materials, and nuclear waste;(2)(o) transportation systems; and(2)(p) water and wastewater systems. See Utah Code 63C-27-101(1)(a) cyber threats and vulnerabilities towards Utah’s critical infrastructure;(1)(b) cybersecurity assets and resources;(1)(c) an analysis of:(1)(c)(i) current cyber incident response capabilities;(1)(c)(ii) potential cyber threats; and(1)(c)(iii) areas of significant concern with respect to:(1)(c)(iii)(A) vulnerability to cyber attack; or(1)(c)(iii)(B) seriousness of consequences in the event of a cyber attack;
(2) provide resources with respect to cyber attacks in both the public and private sector, including:
(2)(a) best practices;
(2)(b) education; and
(2)(c) mitigation;
(3) promote cyber security awareness;
(4) share information;
(5) promote best practices to prevent and mitigate cyber attacks;
(6) enhance cyber capabilities and response for all Utahns;
(7) provide consistent outreach and collaboration with private and public sector organizations; and
(8) share cyber threat intelligence to operators and overseers of Utah’s critical infrastructure.
