- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Commission: means the Cybersecurity Commission created in this chapter. See Utah Code 63C-27-101
- Critical infrastructure: includes the following sectors the United States Department of Homeland Security identifies as critical:(2)(a) chemical;(2)(b) commercial facilities;(2)(c) communications;(2)(d) critical manufacturing;(2)(e) dams;(2)(f) defense industrial base;(2)(g) emergency services;(2)(h) energy;(2)(i) financial services;(2)(j) food and agriculture;(2)(k) government facilities;(2)(l) healthcare and public health;(2)(m) information technology;(2)(n) nuclear reactors, nuclear materials, and nuclear waste;(2)(o) transportation systems; and(2)(p) water and wastewater systems. - Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- United States: includes each state, district, and territory of the United States of America. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
