  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
  • Commission: means the Cybersecurity Commission created in this chapter. See Utah Code 63C-27-101
  • Critical infrastructure: includes the following sectors the United States Department of Homeland Security identifies as critical:
         (2)(a) chemical;
         (2)(b) commercial facilities;
         (2)(c) communications;
         (2)(d) critical manufacturing;
         (2)(e) dams;
         (2)(f) defense industrial base;
         (2)(g) emergency services;
         (2)(h) energy;
         (2)(i) financial services;
         (2)(j) food and agriculture;
         (2)(k) government facilities;
         (2)(l) healthcare and public health;
         (2)(m) information technology;
         (2)(n) nuclear reactors, nuclear materials, and nuclear waste;
         (2)(o) transportation systems; and
         (2)(p) water and wastewater systems. See Utah Code 63C-27-101
  • Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
  • United States: includes each state, district, and territory of the United States of America. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
