Terms Used In Utah Code 63M-7-402.5

  • Commission: means the State Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice created in Section 63M-7-201. See Utah Code 63M-7-101.5
  • Sentencing commission: means the sentencing commission created in Section Utah Code 63M-7-401.1
     (1)(a) Section 63A-3-106;
     (1)(b) Section 63A-3-107; and
     (1)(c) rules made by the Division of Finance according to Sections 63A-3-106 and 63A-3-107.
(2) Compensation and expenses of a member of the sentencing commission who is a legislator are governed by Section 36-2-2 and Legislative Joint Rules, Title 5, Legislative Compensation and Expenses.
