(1) There is created the Office of the Great Salt Lake Commissioner.
Terms Used In Utah Code 73-32-301
- Commissioner: means the Great Salt Lake commissioner appointed under Section 73-32-201. See Utah Code 73-32-101
- Department: means the Department of Natural Resources. See Utah Code 73-32-101
- Office: means the Office of the Great Salt Lake Commissioner created in Section 73-32-301. See Utah Code 73-32-101
(2) The office shall:
(2)(a) provide staff support to the commissioner; and
(2)(b) operate under the supervision of the commissioner.
(3) The department shall provide office space, furnishings, and supplies to the commissioner, the office, and support staff for the office.
