Terms Used In Utah Code > Title 11 > Chapter 45 > Part 1 - General Provisions

• Administrative agency: means the same as that term is defined in Section 81-6-101. See Utah Code 15-4-1 v2
• Child: means the same as that term is defined in Section 81-6-101. See Utah Code 15-4-1 v2
• City: includes , depending on population, a metro township as defined in Section 10-3c-102. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
• Credit report: A detailed report of an individual's credit history prepared by a credit bureau and used by a lender in determining a loan applicant's creditworthiness. ^{Source: OCC}
• Energy code: means the energy efficiency code adopted under Section 15A-1-204. See Utah Code 11-45-102
• Energy efficiency projects: include the following expenses:
            (2)(b)(i) construction;
            (2)(b)(ii) engineering;
            (2)(b)(iii) energy audit; or
            (2)(b)(iv) inspection. See Utah Code 11-45-102
• Fund: means the Energy Efficiency Fund created in Part 2, Energy Efficiency Fund. See Utah Code 11-45-102
• Office: means the Office of Energy Development created in Section 79-6-401. See Utah Code 11-45-102
• School fee: includes :
            (4)(b)(i) an admission fee;
            (4)(b)(ii) a transportation charge; or
            (4)(b)(iii) a charge, deposit, rent, or other mandatory payment imposed by a third party in connection with an activity or function sponsored by a school described in Subsection (4)(a). See Utah Code 15-4-1
• Town: includes , depending on population, a metro township as defined in Section 10-3c-102. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
• Waiver: means the act of not requiring an individual to pay an amount that the individual otherwise owes. See Utah Code 15-4-1
