Board: means the Utah Board of Higher Education described in Section 53B-1-402. See Utah Code 53B-1-101.5
Commission: means the SafeUT and School Safety Commission established in Section 53B-17-1203. See Utah Code 53B-17-1201
Huntsman Mental Health Institute: means the mental health and substance abuse treatment institute within the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics. See Utah Code 53B-17-1201
Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
