- City: includes , depending on population, a metro township as defined in Section
10-3c-102 . See Utah Code 68-3-12.5 - Executive director: means the chief administrative officer of the office, appointed under Section 63J-4-202. See Utah Code 63J-4-102
- Land: includes :(18)(a) land;(18)(b) a tenement;(18)(c) a hereditament;(18)(d) a water right;(18)(e) a possessory right; and(18)(f) a claim. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Office: means the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget created in Section 63J-4-201. See Utah Code 63J-4-102
- Planning coordinator: means the individual appointed as the planning coordinator under Section 63J-4-401. See Utah Code 63J-4-102
- Political subdivision: means :
(4)(a) a county, municipality, special district, special service district, school district, or interlocal entity, as defined in Section 11-13-103; or(4)(b) an administrative subunit of an entity listed in Subsection (4)(a). See Utah Code 63J-4-102- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
