Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 32 Sec. 542

  • State: means the State of Vermont; a county, a municipality, or other subdivision thereof; commission, board, department, or agency thereof; or any other governmental entity authorized or created by State law, including public corporations and authorities. See

§ 542. Payment to Treasurer

The judge or clerk of each Criminal Division of the Superior Court shall quarterly, on or before the first day of February, May, August, and November, pay into the State Treasury all money in his or her hands belonging to the State.
