Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 6 Sec. 3035

  • Person: shall include all corporations, partnerships, associations, societies, individuals or group of individuals, or any employee, servant, or agent acting for or employed by any person as defined in this subdivision. See

§ 3035. Penalty

A person who violates a provision of this chapter, or a regulation adopted under its authority, shall be fined not more than $500.00 for each offense. (Added 1983, No. 83, § 1.)
