Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 6 Sec. 687

  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 687. Penalty

A person who violates this chapter shall be fined not more than $500.00. (Added 1971, No. 240 (Adj. Sess.), § 7.)
