Washington Code 48.43.370 – RBC standards not applicable to certain carriers

RCW 48.43.300 through 48.43.370 shall not apply to a carrier which is subject to the provisions of RCW 48.05.430 through * 48.05.490.

*Reviser’s note: RCW 48.05.490 was repealed by 2006 c 25 § 11.
