- Administer: means the direct application of a legend drug whether by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means, to the body of a patient or research subject by:
Washington Code 69.41.010Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. Washington Code 69.41.010Electronic communication of prescription information: means the transmission of a prescription or refill authorization for a drug of a practitioner using computer systems. See Washington Code 69.41.010 Forgery: The fraudulent signing or alteration of another's name to an instrument such as a deed, mortgage, or check. The intent of the forgery is to deceive or defraud. Source: OCC Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another. Legend drugs: means any drugs which are required by state law or regulation of the pharmacy quality assurance commission to be dispensed on prescription only or are restricted to use by practitioners only. See Washington Code 69.41.010 Medication assistance: means assistance rendered by a nonpractitioner to an individual residing in a community-based care setting or in-home care setting to facilitate the individual's self-administration of a legend drug or controlled substance. See Washington Code 69.41.010 Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses. Person: means individual, corporation, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. Washington Code 69.41.010Probable cause: A reasonable ground for belief that the offender violated a specific law. Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
