Terms Used In West Virginia Code 4-14-2
- Agency: means each agency, authority, board, committee, commission or division of the Department of Transportation. See West Virginia Code 4-14-2
- Commission: means the Legislative Oversight Commission on Transportation Accountability, as created in section three of this article. See West Virginia Code 4-14-2
- Department: means the Department of Transportation. See West Virginia Code 4-14-2
- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
(1) “Agency” means each agency, authority, board, committee, commission or division of the Department of Transportation;
(2) “Commission” means the Legislative Oversight Commission on Transportation Accountability, as created in section three of this article; and
(3) “Department” means the Department of Transportation.
