Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 563.52
- Bingo: as used in this chapter shall not mean any game using free cards and donated prizes, if any, for which no payment of consideration is made by participants. See Wisconsin Statutes 563.03
- Limited period bingo: means the conduct of bingo for a period of not more than 4 out of 5 consecutive days in any one year at a festival, bazaar, picnic, carnival or similar special function conducted by a licensed organization. See Wisconsin Statutes 563.03
- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
(1) In this section, “licensee” means a person licensed to conduct limited period bingo.
(4) No admission fee shall be charged to play limited period bingo.
(5) A fee of not more than $1 per game may be charged for a single card to participate in limited period bingo.
(6) All other provisions in this chapter relating to regular bingo games shall apply to limited period bingo except as otherwise provided.
