In addition to provisions in this chapter relating to regular bingo games, the following provisions shall apply to special bingo games:
Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 563.53
- Bingo: as used in this chapter shall not mean any game using free cards and donated prizes, if any, for which no payment of consideration is made by participants. See Wisconsin Statutes 563.03
- Department: means the department of administration. See Wisconsin Statutes 563.03
- Following: when used by way of reference to any statute section, means the section next following that in which the reference is made. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Special bingo card: means a disposable, specially marked bingo card which affords a person the opportunity to participate in a special bingo game to be played at a bingo occasion. See Wisconsin Statutes 563.03
(1) All special bingo cards shall be in a form approved by the department.
(2) Each special bingo card shall be used for one game only and shall be indelibly marked by the player while in use so as to render it void and unusable thereafter.
(3) A fee of not more than $1 may be charged for each special bingo card.
