Terms Used In California Government Code 39930
- State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Government Code 18
- Tidelands: includes submerged lands. See California Government Code 39930
(b) “Tidelands” includes submerged lands.
(c) “Owns tidelands” means by grant from the State, or otherwise, owns, holds, or possesses tidelands or the title to such lands.
