- general permit: refers to the general permit issued by the commissioner or the department in accordance with Indiana Code 13-18-27-6
Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, “general permit” refers to the general permit issued by the commissioner or the department in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 122.26 to establish erosion and sediment control requirements for construction sites.
