Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-23-15-1
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- county: means the county in which the school corporation is located. See Indiana Code 20-23-15-1
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “county” means the county in which the school corporation is located.
