Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a policy of accident and sickness insurance that provides coverage for both of the following:
(2) Cancer chemotherapy that is administered intravenously or by injection.
(1) Orally administered cancer chemotherapy.
Terms Used In Indiana Code 27-8-32-1
- cancer chemotherapy: means medication that is prescribed by a physician to kill or slow the growth of cancer cells. See Indiana Code 27-8-32-2
- policy of accident and sickness insurance: has the meaning set forth in IC 27-8-5-1. See Indiana Code 27-8-32-4
