- cancer chemotherapy: means medication that is prescribed by a physician to kill or slow the growth of cancer cells. See Indiana Code 27-8-32-2
- insured: means an individual who is entitled to coverage under a policy of accident and sickness insurance. See Indiana Code 27-8-32-3
- policy of accident and sickness insurance: has the meaning set forth in IC 27-8-5-1. See Indiana Code 27-8-32-4
