20-25-1302. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
Terms Used In Montana Code 20-25-1302
- Advisory committee: means the Montana university system interunit benefits advisory committee established in 2-15-1530. See Montana Code 20-25-1302
- Group benefits: means group hospitalization, health, medical, surgical, disability, life, and other related group benefits provided to employees and dependents of the Montana university system. See Montana Code 20-25-1302
- Property: means real and personal property. See Montana Code 1-1-205
- System: means the Montana university system. See Montana Code 20-1-101
- University: means the university of Montana-Missoula. See Montana Code 20-1-101
(1)”Advisory committee” means the Montana university system interunit benefits advisory committee established in 2-15-1530.
(2)”Group benefits” means group hospitalization, health, medical, surgical, disability, life, and other related group benefits provided to employees and dependents of the Montana university system. The term does not include casualty insurance, marine insurance, property insurance, surety insurance, and title insurance.
