Licensed dealer means a motor vehicle dealer, motorcycle dealer, or trailer dealer licensed under the Motor Vehicle Industry Regulation Act.

- Licensed dealer: means a motor vehicle dealer, motorcycle dealer, or trailer dealer licensed under the Motor Vehicle Industry Regulation Act. See Nebraska Statutes 60-119.02
- Motor vehicle: means any vehicle propelled by any power other than muscular power. See Nebraska Statutes 60-123
- Motorcycle: means any motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the operator and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground. See Nebraska Statutes 60-124
- Trailer: means any device without motive power designed for carrying persons or property and being towed by a motor vehicle and so constructed that no part of its weight rests upon the towing vehicle. See Nebraska Statutes 60-133
- Vehicle: means a motor vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, utility-type vehicle, minibike, trailer, or semitrailer. See Nebraska Statutes 60-136
