Parts vehicle means a vehicle the title to which has been surrendered (1) in accordance with subdivision (1)(a) of section 60-169 or (2) to any other state by the owner of the vehicle or an insurance company to render the vehicle fit for sale for scrap and parts only.

- Company: shall include any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint-stock company, joint venture, or association. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Parts vehicle: means a vehicle the title to which has been surrendered (1) in accordance with subdivision (1)(a) of section Nebraska Statutes 60-126
- State: when applied to different states of the United States shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories organized by Congress. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Vehicle: means a motor vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, utility-type vehicle, minibike, trailer, or semitrailer. See Nebraska Statutes 60-136
