Sport utility vehicle means a high-performance motor vehicle weighing six thousand pounds or less designed to carry ten passengers or less or designated as a sport utility vehicle by the manufacturer.

- Manufacturer: means a person, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing snowmobiles. See Nebraska Statutes 60-3,207
- Motor vehicle: means any vehicle propelled by any power other than muscular power. See Nebraska Statutes 60-339
- Sport utility vehicle: means a high-performance motor vehicle weighing six thousand pounds or less designed to carry ten passengers or less or designated as a sport utility vehicle by the manufacturer. See Nebraska Statutes 60-351.01
