In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number one hundred sixty-two, running in an easterly and westerly direction, between Fitchville and the boundary of the municipal corporation of New London, in Huron county only, shall be known as the “Army Sergeant Patrick Ryan Carroll Memorial Highway.”
