In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number eighty-six, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction, between the eastern and western border of Leroy township in Lake county only, shall be known as the “SSG Kyle R. McKee Memorial Highway.”
