- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A license holder may not render services or perform acts that constitute the practice of law, including the giving of legal advice to any person in the license holder’s capacity as a public insurance adjuster.
