(1) A person that accepts a financial transaction card for the transaction of business may not, on a financial transaction card receipt:

- Financial transaction card: includes :(1)(b)(i) a credit card;(1)(b)(ii) a credit plate;(1)(b)(iii) a bank services card;(1)(b)(iv) a banking card;(1)(b)(v) a check guarantee card;(1)(b)(vi) a debit card;(1)(b)(vii) a telephone credit card; and(1)(b)(viii) a device for access as defined in Section 7-16a-102. - Person: means :
(24)(a) an individual;(24)(b) an association;(24)(c) an institution;(24)(d) a corporation;(24)(e) a company;(24)(f) a trust;(24)(g) a limited liability company;(24)(h) a partnership;(24)(i) a political subdivision;(24)(j) a government office, department, division, bureau, or other body of government; and(24)(k) any other organization or entity. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5- Receipt: means any document related to the transaction of business provided to a person that uses a financial transaction card. See Utah Code 13-38a-102
(1)(a) print more than the last five digits of the financial transaction card account number; or(1)(b) print the financial transaction card expiration date.(2)(2)(a) This section applies only to receipts that are electronically printed.(2)(b) This section does not apply to transactions in which the initial means of recording the financial transaction card number is by:(2)(b)(i) handwriting; or(2)(b)(ii) an imprint or copy of the financial transaction card. - Person: means :
