As used in this chapter:
(1) “Commission” means the Federalism Commission.
Terms Used In Utah Code 63L-10-102
- Commission: means the Federalism Commission. See Utah Code 63L-10-102
- Land: includes :(18)(a) land;(18)(b) a tenement;(18)(c) a hereditament;(18)(d) a water right;(18)(e) a possessory right; and(18)(f) a claim. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Office: means the Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office established in Section 63L-11-201. See Utah Code 63L-10-102
- Plan: means the statewide resource management plan, created pursuant to Section 63L-11-203 and adopted in Section 63L-10-103. See Utah Code 63L-10-102
- Public lands: means :
(4)(a) land other than a national park that is managed by the United States Parks Service;(4)(b) land that is managed by the United States Forest Service; and(4)(c) land that is managed by the Bureau of Land Management. See Utah Code 63L-10-102- United States: includes each state, district, and territory of the United States of America. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(3) “Plan” means the statewide resource management plan, created pursuant to Section 63L-11-203 and adopted in Section 63L-10-103.(4) “Public lands” means:(4)(a) land other than a national park that is managed by the United States Parks Service;(4)(b) land that is managed by the United States Forest Service; and(4)(c) land that is managed by the Bureau of Land Management.
