Replica means the designation of a vehicle which resembles a specific manufacturer’s make and model that is at least thirty years old and which has been assembled as a kit vehicle.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 60-128.02
- Kit vehicle: means a vehicle which was assembled by a person other than a generally recognized manufacturer of vehicles by the use of a reproduction resembling a specific manufacturer's make and model that is at least thirty years old purchased from an authorized manufacturer and accompanied by a manufacturer's statement of origin. - Replica: means the designation of a vehicle which resembles a specific manufacturer's make and model that is at least thirty years old and which has been assembled as a kit vehicle. See Nebraska Statutes 60-128.02
