Specially constructed vehicle means a vehicle which was not originally constructed under a distinctive name, make, model, or type by a manufacturer of vehicles. The term specially constructed vehicle includes kit vehicle.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 60-131
- Kit vehicle: means a vehicle which was assembled by a person other than a generally recognized manufacturer of vehicles by the use of a reproduction resembling a specific manufacturer's make and model that is at least thirty years old purchased from an authorized manufacturer and accompanied by a manufacturer's statement of origin.
